Spring break

Very nice vacation house on the water. It had everything we needed with lots of open area for family get together. Location was great with not much traffic giving us some privacy. Beds and bedding very nice.

Relaxing and fun

My wife and I enjoyed the peaceful area. It was very quiet throughout the entire stay. The kayaking was fun. The hot tub is a great amenity. Relaxing in a hot tub in the morning and at night made the stay so much better.

The Ocean Springs house was very nice and quiet. Only a 15min drive to the grocery store which was super nice. We saw dolphins every morning and one morning saw an aligator... kayaking with my husband was so peaceful, we saw dolphins than too. Beds are very comfortable.. I would recommend staying here for sure! A negative is the water is a little dirty but thats just location of Mississippi not the properties fault. To get to clear water you have to go to an island... We went to Ship Island, which was beautiful and hot (no trees)...

The home is beautiful and well cared for . The only issue I had was there were not enough paper towels stocked for the length of our stay . ( this was not a catastrophe lol just a bother while eating ) The roll that was left was only a partial roll . And maybe add some family games in the living area

From the moment we arrived we were amazed at the property grounds & location. Then…. When we opened the door to the house we immediately were wowed & so impressed how beautifully decorated everything was!!! Kevin & Janel OMG What a gorgeous home you both allowed us to enjoy!!! Job well done!!! It’s warm & inviting. The location is unbelievably quiet & relaxing. All the pelicans & dolphins were so entertaining to watch!!! The sunrises & full moon we had during our time was even more special to “All Of Us”!!! The beds were sooooooo comfortable even the sofa bed…. The arcade game was amazing!!! Haven’t played Miss Pac-Man in years so of course I sucked but it was so much fun to have for all of us! Janel & Kevin we will be back again when I come to Mississippi again!!! Thank You Both!!! Until next time keep up the phenomenal job you’re doing!!!

We absolutely adored the Ocean Springs House! I’m not sure if it’s on the listing, but there is a crab box and what’s needed to also cook them. The owner was very easy to reach. There were really no concerns or something being wrong, just a few fyi’s I wanted her to know about. There weren’t really any Tupperware containers so we left some behind that we purchased for the next renters. The one thing to be aware of, that we were not, the private beach isn’t the normal day at the beach kind of beach. Great for kayaking and fishing, but not much swimming. Ocean Springs/Biloxi beaches are more laid back, the deepest it got was about to my knees and there are not a lot of waves. That’s just the area, not the house. Great restaurants to try, plenty of cooking utensils to cook at the house. Spacious for all the family and probably our best vacation thus far. Thank you!!
