Cute, no frills and needs some love and cleaning

Overall this place is cute and I love that there were so many beds and large size bed options for adults. Bathroom baseboard and floors were kinda gross as was the patio furniture. Minimal items in kitchen so if you planned to cook like your home, bring crock pot, air fryer or roster oven and baking dishes. Worked for what we needed so was a solid rating. Have been to many others in this development and it’s a top 10.

Rate the house

One bedroom had a bunk bed and a sofa bed with soft mattresses. Horrible sleep. Downstairs bathroom toilet broke. No soap in the bathrooms and only one roll of toilet paper. You are very cheap. And finally we had to put the sheets on the bed. First time we ever had to do that.

The fridge might be on it's way out, the carpet is very dirty. I wish you had more bowls and dishes to cook with.

Great choice

It was great. King mattress didn't match our comfort choice but certainly not the worst. We enjoyed our stay and this property will b our 1st choice for future stays

Fantastic for Multiple Families

This home is spacious and elegant yet comfortable. Each bedroom adjoins a bath (two upstairs rooms have a jack and jill) so that's great for privacy. There are two separate areas to hang out and watch TV and they are far enough apart that two groups can enjoy what they are watching without interfering with the other. The open plan of kitchen, dining and living room is wonderful for visiting with the folks you are staying with. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Plenty of privacy for when you need it. Neighborhood was quiet and very safe. There's also plenty of outdoor space - the screened in porch was great, plus there is a table with umbrella and chairs on the open part of the back deck. There is also comfortable seating on the front porch, again, plenty of space for multiple families or couples to spread out. We had a wonderful stay and recommend it highly. Only downside is that you have to buy passes for amenities but the cost per night is priced to reflect that. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you !!
