Main Floor:  chef-inspired kitchen, breakfast bar, dining table with seating for eight, and family room  and a master bedroom suite ( with king bed),master bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and a day bed with trundle underneath.

Top Floor:  A 2nd master bedroom suite with king bed,  Jacuzzi tub, and two additional bedrooms (two twin beds and a queen).

The lower level offers a 5th and xtra large bedroom with two queen size beds, a full bathroom w oversize, walk-in shower.

Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel a reservation after Property Manager receives deposit from Rental Guest, then Rental Guest must provide a cancellation notice in writing and receive written confirmation back from the Property Manager.  
 
The following refund policy will apply:
A) A cancellation notice received from Owner thirty (30) or more days prior to the Check In Date will receive a refund, in full. **
B) If a cancellation notice is received by Property Manager less than thirty (30) days prior to Check In Date but more than 14 days prior to Check In Date, then Guest will receive a 50% refund. **
C) A cancellation notice received less than 14 days prior to check in is not entitled to any rental refund.  **
**  The Customer Service Fee, however, is not refundable under sections A, B and C above.
 
Linens: The home will include pillows, blankets, comforters, and mattress covers.  However, bed sheets,  pillowcases and towels are not provided. Rental Guests can choose to bring their own linens or rent them from one of the local rental services.

Outdoor Monitoring: The home may have an outdoor security camera and / or video doorbell installed. If present, these devices are strictly for outdoor security monitoring and safety purposes.

COVID-19 Cleaning and sanitizing procedures
We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes.
