Beautiful Home

This house is underrated and the pictures do not do it justice. Wonderful place, beautiful development highly recommend to anyone. It was spotless upon arrival and is SO SPACIOUS. Easily could fit 10+ here but our group of 7 was able to spread out comfortably.

The house is just as advertised. It has lots of space and is very well stocked. It's nicely decorated and everything looks new. The screened back porch is very private. We have no complaints. Really nice house.

Amazing home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The home is beautiful and the layout was perfect for us. Having a bedroom on the first floor was a need and this home has two! The owner was extremely communicative and generous with our check in and check out times. The screened porch was a favorite relaxation space and there was lots of wildlife to watch. Deer, many different birds, squirrels. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

The house was immaculate,well appointed and perfect for a multigenerational family gathering. The kitchen was large and easy to share with others. We especially enjoyed the gas grill and the screened in porch.

Average, nothing special the families with kids

Rental agreement mentioned a community pool and tennis court, there weren't any. We've already told the kids and other families there would be a pool, and we all planned accordingly - but turned out there was no pool. Not much to do in the house to keep the kids entertained other than bunch of TVs (no fooseball table, firepit etc.) Nothing in the walking distance other than churches and cemeteries. There were no garbage bags upon arrival, messaged the agent, was told a local agent would reach out, nobody did, had to buy my own. Kids and wife have allergies on dogs and cats, and although the house was generally clean, they all had bad reactions because of the pet-friendly nature of the house. (But this is on us, should've checked before, would not recommend to anyone with those allergies).

Perfect Bethany home

We had a great stay at this house. It is decorated with love, has all the rooms and supplies for a family and their four legged friend. Everything is new and clean. The location was great, next to a trail and a short ride to the beach and shops. Owners were very responsive.

Perfect beach weekend getaway!

We have a wonderful stay for a cousins’ weekend at the beach. The house is beautiful annd scaphoid. Everything was new, clean and comfortable. The location was great—a short drive to the beach but quiet and set back from all the tumult of the beach crowd. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. We really couldn’t have imagined a better place to stay!
