Perfect vacation house

The house got everything you need for a perfect vacation. Just steps away from the pool, boat slip, grocery store. Plenty of space inside for two families of total 8 people. Kayak came with the house. Twenty minutes bike ride away from Bethany Beach Boardwalk. Alsthere the kayak

Great week

We had a great time. Place was spacious and clean. Property was right across the way from the pool which was very convenient with 2 children. Very close to food shopping, liquor store and drug store.

Great family vacation

We really enjoyed our week at 34 Pier Point Dr. The home was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The basement room was ideal for a kid hangout and the beds were comfortable. Parking was easy, grocery and other stores were so easy to get to, and there were also restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood was welcoming and had a great pool just across the driveway from the home. We would highly recommend this home for another great family getaway!

Great space near bay and beach!

My wife and I loved staying in this townhome in Millville. So close to the grocery, restaurants and a short drive to the beach. Great for kayaking. You can put in right outside the house and go for hours. The house itself is completely redecorated and in immaculate condition. Plenty of room for the family. Loved it!

Great location with some minor issues

This house was very spacious for our family. The pool was right across the street which was really nice and convenient. We were close to a grocery store as well. However, there was a major ant issue when we arrived. We had to purchase several ant traps during our stay. There was a dirty wash cloth in our shower. The master bath had no trash can. There were crumbs all over the kitchen table as well as the counters. The bunk beds in one of the bedrooms were extremely uncomfortable. My nieces ended up sleeping on the couches instead. My only suggestion would be for this rental to supply hand towels as well as bed sheets. It would make the vacation a little less stressful then having to worry about bed sheets. Overall this vacation rental was nice but I'm not sure if I would book here again.

Did meet most of our needs. The master bathroom needs updated. Tub should be replaced And the headboard on master bed was very dusty.

Great for family with kids.

Lots of room and across from the pool. Flex area on ground floor great for night owls when others want to sleep. Walking distance to every amenity and 2 grocery stores.

Hidden Paradise

Very nice unit located in a very nice development. Pool is steps away and cleaned/maintained daily. The beach is a short drive. The condo is clean and spacious enough for our family that was comprised of four generations. We all loved it! Everyone was friendly and everything you need is just outside the development. It really is a perfect location.

Great vacation rental

We had a wonderful time at this rental. Perfect for our family of eight. Pool right across the street, grocery stores within walking distance and friendly neighbors. The canal is right there if you kayak. Our granddaughter did a little kayaking. We did lots of shopping in Bethany Beach but most of our beaching was in the state parks.

My whole family had a wonderful time.

My whole family had a wonderful time. The home was decorated so nicely. Enjoyed the nice large dining table. I have to be honest, had a problem with the grill previous user didn’t dispose of grease trap we had to use the extinguisher in the garage we replaced that and very sorry that happened . Annual family beach vacation

Beautiful & spacious home that was perfect for our large family! Directly across from the community pool & dock area for crabbing. Close to all the necessities & only a 10 min drive to the beach & downtown Bethany. Loved it!

34 Pier Point Drive

The house is wonderful and our family enjoyed our stay there. With everything you need from a well stocked kitchen to being just a few miles from Bethany Beach and off the beaten path, this is a great place to relax. The pool was a great addition and our grandchildren had many children their age to play with each day. Relaxing on the deck in the morning and evening was nice as well and the area us very quiet. If you are looking for a family place to call home for a week or more at the beach this is it! We will definitely be back. Thanks Jeremy!!
