The location of this home was amazing. Saw whales and dolphins in front of the home. House was not very clean and the sheets were great if you like to loofa while you sleep.

View of the ocean is beautiful. Typical of the beach, sand appears out of nowhere, so patio furniture needs frequent wiping. It would be nice if cleaning towels for that purpose were available. Patio chair cushions pretty thin. Access to beach from patio. Love this place.♥️😎

We loved being able to walk right off our patio onto the sand! This was the cleanest beach we’ve ever been to. The sand was like baby powder! The house was clean and had everything we needed. Also buggy rental and shopping in walking distance and a great bbq hut on the corner. We loved our 4 nights here. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This is a fabulous location for a beach vacation - the sand dunes start literally out the front door. Just be warned that vehicles can and do drive on the beach; there is a lot of traffic on the sand because of nearby ATV action on the dunes. Pismo Beach and Arroyo Grande, with plenty of food options, are just a short drive away. By the way, if you follow the Google map instructions, you'll end up on the beach - park behind the house, off the alley. The house is fine - furnishings and fixings are basic and functional. Bring your own coffee, salt/pepper, etc.

We enjoyed our time here. Overall, we had no complaints, but we have stayed in a lot of rentals and naturally compare the experience with our expectations. The space was clean. There were only a few minor downsides of our stay: the thin paper towels and toilet paper, the smell of the water (grassy, soil, fertile smell and the overwhelming peach smell from the plug-ins. .Also, we tried to go outside and relax on the patio, but the cushions on the chairs are so thin, they are uncomfortable.

Very comfortable in this prime location. Classic California beach house, only one level, good for someone with mobility issues. We were there for a busy weekend with the Manx dune buggy club. The beach below was busy with the off road activity. Fun to watch, safe for children above the activity. The beach goes on forever. The homeowner has done a good job with an older home and has outfitted it with everything you could need for a pleasant time.

Great little spot. Easy access to the beach with small dunes outside the backdoor for evening fires. Comfortable and clean. The second bedroom with the queen could use a little help. Master bed very comfortable. Prepare to wash down the back windows due to the sand and wind. They provide a squeegee. Our family had a wonderful time, beautiful sunsets. Thank you

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was clean, plenty of towels. It had everything we needed. Rental management was able to obtain 2 umbrellas for us that were not previously there. Property description was very accurate. Would of liked another day to explore the dunes. They are amazing.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was lovely. The view was magnificent!!! Only complaint was the living room furniture was dirty. I had to put towels on it to avoid the dirt. Just needs a quick cleaning.

The location of the house cannot be beat. You’re right on the dunes and can walk down to the beach. We have 2 small kids and ability to let them play in the enclosed sand next to the patio was wonderful, and we also appreciated the safety locks on the doors. The kitchen is great if your planning on eating in. They have all the different pots and pans you could need all in good condition. Plus a large fridge and dishwasher. The bedrooms are a good size, there is only a TV in the master bedroom. Beds firm and comfortable. Plenty of pillows and blankets. House was very clean. The house is walking distance to a few restaurants/delis that were all really good. It’s a quick ride to get to downtown pismo or get to the 101. Again, you cannot beat the location.
