The space:
The main floor of our coastal-inspired home has an open-design concept that includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, guest bathroom, laundry area, and air conditioning. Hand-crafted wood carvings throughout the space will introduce you to the local art scene. The abundant windows provide amazing natural light and plenty of views of the tranquil, tropical neighborhood. On a cool day, open the windows, and enjoy the fresh Caribbean breeze!
Up the mahogany staircase, we have 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on our second floor. The spacious primary bedroom includes a king bed, en suite bathroom, and private balcony. On the other side of the landing, you’ll find a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom, which share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom — perfect for families with kids! All 3 bedrooms come equipped with air conditioning units and ceiling fans for your comfort.
The home is a place to unplug, decompress, and embrace the laid-back lifestyle of Jamaica. That said, TV is only available on the ground floor. Feel free to enjoy the board games, puzzles, and playing cards, or make use of the community amenities, including a shared pool.
Our home is conveniently located a short drive from many popular attractions, including Dunn's River Falls (15 min), Konoko Falls and Park (10 min), Blue Hole (20 min), and several public beaches. Take a stroll through the craft market to see what our local artists have to offer or get a taste for our island’s cuisine by exploring Ocho Rios’s restaurants and shops, including the award-winning Devon House ice cream!

Guest access
* An ID is required for access to the community.
* Guest has access to the entire house except the locked storage closets and kitchen cabinets.
* Guest also has access to the shared swimming pool.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
* The property has exterior security cameras.
*Being on a tropical island, guest may encounter bugs. Please keep windows and doors closed at dawn and dusk to minimize them getting in the house.
* Initial supply of hygiene and cleaning products are provided. Guest is responsible for purchasing additional supplies, and their own food and drinks.
*The home is about 1 hr 50 minutes drive from the Donald Sangster airport, Montego Bay. Renting a car is recommended.
