「Overall a good experience. Quiet location. Ideal for solo travelers. I'd give it a 10-out-of-10 if it had a stove top & oven, but space is tight here. A place to hang close would also be nice.」

「The house was clean. Courtney (the host) checked with us a few times to make sure everything was good and was there to quickly respond to any questions we had. It’s a great location within walking distance to several restaurants and Dora Lake. It was a quiet area and it felt great relaxing in the hot tub. I definitely recommend this property to anyone 」

「Was not in a nice neighborhood. Homes around rental looked very run down.Close to Sanford Airport; alot of jet noise.Washer and dryer smelled moldy. Towels smelled moldy. Dryer had to go through 3 drying cycles to dry the towels.The back door has no curtain/blind or frosting on the full door of windows with no privacy. I was not given check in instructions. Had to contact host for them. Never given checkout instructions.For the price I paid, not worth it to me for 3 nights we stayed there.」

「The interior of the house is nice, clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. However the description of the outside, front and backyard needs to be more accurate, it’s not inviting, no curve appeal. The location is on a main street a 20-30min walk to the downtown attractions however is a 5-10 minute drive with ample available parking. Communication with staff was friendly and responsive.」

「Place was amazing, very well equipped home. Eclectic style with a mix of old Florida home meets modern amenities. Beds are very comfy, house is nice and spacious. Has an in law sweet great for anyone needing some privacy in your group. Host is very helpful, area is nice and only 30 minutes from Orlando, Frloida springs and many other things to do. Down the street from downtown Sanford which is beautiful and has many parks and a vast lake to see. Highly recommend to stay here. 」

「The pool was not available for use, was unclean, and the advertisement is showing the pool. The oven did not work and I don’t eat fried foods. The Television in the master bedroom did not work, the tub in the second bathroom was dirty and pillow case on one of the beds was dirty. Used soaps were stacked on the window sill of one of the bathrooms I took pictures. We had to put a lightbulb on the front , because the entire block was dark due to no working streetlights. I did text the property...

「The villa was very clean, it was in a quiet community. The private pool was amazing. It was very relaxing for my family and a baby. Only downside was we had to go out and buy more toilet paper, paper towels, salt/pepper, and a large fan. Some of the rooms would get pretty warm since the AC can’t be set past 74. But, overall it was a nice stay! We would stay there again in the future!」
