I had a reservation for 2 nights. I specifically asked at check in to be in the same room both nights. On the 2nd day while in the pool with my kids i was told we had to get out and go pack our stuff and move to another room our current room was rented to someone else for much higher. Bottom line ...

Tom was amazing to work with. he was very prompt with questions I had and kept us informed. The house was perfect for our family get together. plenty of room for 14 of us to enjoy the many ammenities the house had to offer. We would definitely stay again.
