“Worst place to stay at, couch was already broken, instead of them buying a new one they put books under it, and they ask for more money once you already place order for bnb, don’t recommend at all”

“The suite was very clean and quiet. We had everything we needed to enjoy our week long stay. The convenience to shopping was also a plus. This is the second time we have stayed at the Suite in Columbia and look forward to a return stay in the future.”

“Property was fine but there was no writing desk in the room so no good for a professional visitor. Also awkward to get coffee in the morning as nothing was provided in the room itself. Distance from Metro another disadvantage ”

“We had a great stay here with our family for a week. The house was equipped and had everything we needed, which made it easy to settle in and enjoy our time together.There were a couple of small issues during the stay, but Rob was very responsive and communicated well. The problems were fixed promptly, which we really appreciated. We also had an issue with an expired parking pass, and Rob was kind enough to reimburse us for the parking ticket, which showed great customer care.It’s worth noting……

“Mostly as described. Does have some old building issues - narrow hallways, small main bathroom, slanted floors, damp/humid. Queen bed is in room against the road, which doesn’t have the en suite bathroom, and can be a little noisy at night. Overall, great location, pet friendly in a dog friendly neighborhood, attentive host with easy check-in/out, even left some snacks, coffee, etc.”

“Easy check in, snacks and water were a nice touch and much appreciated. This was my first experience with VRBO or any other platform like it. The house was pretty clean overall and the electric fireplace was great given that the first night was in the low 20s. Good communication from the owner as the refrigerator/freezer wasn’t on when I arrived and the freezer had defrosted. For my 2 night stay there was only one wash cloth and no hand towel. I didn’t spend more time than sleeping and getting……
