Everything good for the most part. I do suggest online appointments for additional services such as messages. This may work better than phone calls. A bit more information on whats in the fitness center, when people check in would be nice.

No real bar even though they say they have a bar and grill. Food was good. Area around hotel seemed run down. Not certain it was safe to walk around, so we did not. Rooms were great, large, clean. No noise to disturb us. Shuttle to airport was well run and 24 hours. Staff very nice.

Thank you for your review! The area is safe to walk. We do have a walking trail and there is also a beautiful walking trail on the college campus across from us if you would like to try those out on your next visit.

Noisy doors in hall and rooms. No free breakfast and evening buffet very spicy and not as good as prior. Will stay next year. Staff very accommodating.

Thank you for your 5 star review! We do have our concierge lounge that includes drinks and appetizers in the evening and a breakfast in the morning. There is a small price difference but, it is worth it and I think you would enjoy it. We look forward to seeing you next year!

They spent a fortune on a 7ft tall Ten Commands marble slab to greet guests, but haven’t replaced the mattresses in seemingly 30 years. And that sums up the priorities of the whole place - you could get the same experience sleeping on the pews of a Baptist church and it would cost you less

We love staying at the Elegante whenever we are in town to see our grand-baby. Everyone is so nice. They are doing a much needed renovation on all of the rooms. Only because they are dated, not for any other reason. I would highly recommend staying there.

In our bathroom it looked like no one had dusted the shelves under the sink. All the empty shelves were very dusty, so to me that meant the towels were too. We only stayed one night, the beds were good, but the noise was bad. We’ve stayed there before. It’s fine for a night or two. The service in the dining room was awful.

At night there are alot of kids that eun around and noisy . You cant get rest if u are working.

The restaurant inside this hotel is the best. The breakfast was filling, delicious and reasonable. The dinner was good and it was fun watching the cook put together the pasta meal.

It was a very rough day with family and got to the room close to 3am. I asked for late check out and the gave me till 2pm thank you for giving extra time to rest. I really appreciate that. This hotel will be my home away from home from now on when in town
