trip to Odessa

I stayed for 15 nights at Palais Royal and I can say that it was very convenient in so many aspects. The location was superb in the city, near almost every thing. the hotel its self is more than adequate in its services not to mention that they have a restaurant that serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a good reputation and reasonable price. It is called Happiness. Rooms are pretty nice and clean. Front desk are available 24 hours and ready to help, They even recharged my mobile number on site. They speak English and can communicate very well. Their price was very reasonable. I would recommended it highly and for sure would visit it again.

להתרחק מהמלון הכי רחוק שאפשר

הגענו למלון והחדרים שקיבלנו היו שונים לגמרי מהחדרים שהזמנו דרך האתר, לאחר וויכוח עם מנהלת המלון הגענו לפשרה וקיבלנו הנחה בסך של 15% מערך התשלום עבור כל הלילות. בבוקר למחרת גילינו שאין חשמל בכל המלון, ולמלון אין גנרטור חשמלי כאשר דרשנו לקבל את ארוחת הבוקר ששילמנו עליה נאמר לנו כי המלון לא מחוייב לספק ארוחת בוקר וזה לראות עיניו של המלון. לא ממליצה בכלל להגיע למקום, חדרים קטנטנים, יש בעיות עם זרם של מים ועם מים חמים, מנהלת המלון לא רצתה לדבר איתנו רק התנערה מאחריות. מזל שהיה מלון ממול שהיו לו 4 חדרים פנויים לקבל אותנו עזבנו בלי לחשוב פעמיים.

Excellent Location and staff

First impressions: arrived early morning the receptionist gave us a great room overlooking the Main Street and checked us in as soon as she could. Room: Clean and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the Main Street, however quite after 11pm so no problem sleeping. Breakfast: Off the menu breakfast all choices are a high standard and delicious, served either on the terrace or in the garden. Location: situated very close to all the main attractions on the same street as the opera house, the area has great restaurants, shops and bars. Staff: We found all the staff both professional and efficient the receptionist who booked our tour around the Opera house was particularly helpful. Summary: We really enjoyed our three nights at the Palais Royal would definitely use again and would certainly recommend as value for money. Sally and Dave T
