“The unit was beautiful, clean, and well equipped with amenities. Location was convenient, only a few minutes away from the Kingston’s main area. Parking was right by the building but it was tight when all three spots were parked. It was the weekend so the neighbors were also loud. Check-in was disappointing. The access code provided to me to get the key was invalid as the key was not registered properly when dropped off previously. We called the phone number provided but there was no option to……

“The stove wasn’t working and periodically gave a beep (similar to a fire alarm low battery). We didn’t need it so just unplugged it. The owner was responsive and offered to fix it but since it didn’t impact us we told them it could wait. Only mentioning in case it still isn’t fixed for the next renter so that they have proof it’s a known issue. ”

“This was a decent rental for the money. The sofa is almost not usable - you can see the lumps and feel the springs under the slip cover. The listing wasn’t clear there would be people in the basement. You could hear them sometimes through the vents. But the unit was very clean and suited our purposes. ”

“There is a garage but it had a snowbank plowed in front of it so we could not park in it. There is no hot tub or smart tv as listed. The tv wouldnt even turn on i went and bought an extension cord because nothing in the plug in was working, turned out the plug had no power. Pots and pans are in bad shape. The only thing was the washroom doesn't have a door and isn't completely closed off (it is sectioned off behind the main room), so just be advised before you go. “Upon arrival at this house we were greeted with an unkempt lawn and a key pad that would not unlock the house. Once inside we were blasted with a stale, moldy, old-smoke smell. Upon further inspection, we found hair in the shower and on the back of the toilet. One of the toilets was most definitely not cleaned as it had poop on the sides of the bowl.
