The front desk attendant was phenomenal, I believe her name was Claudia, she was extremely nice and I will rebook with this hotel because of her. She was a darling and I can't say enough of how much she made my first international, solo travel experience such a treasure!
There was a little mildew in the shower, but everything else was fantastic. I do not speak French and the staff was very accommodating to me. The food was divine and the pool was great. I can't wait to come back to Toulouse next spring! "

Very good value for price as we found out spending subsequent nights at the much weaker value F2 further from the airport as the Aerel was sold out.
