There were red flag wind warnings. The wind whistled through the windows and made for a bad nights sleep. Also lots of traffic noise if you are in an odd number room facing south. Our room was spacious.

Parking felt safe. Area around hotel felt safe. A few places to get food within walking distance. (less than 10 min round trip) When I arrived I was at the front desk waiting for about 5-8 minutes. The staff member did apologize for the wait as soon as he got back and was freindly.

At first glance the room was clean and the bed so comfortable. Getting a good look at the water closet room revealed a dirty floor with hair on it. The toilet had pee running down the outside of it. Request a room on the side away from the interstate! Traffic noise is bad.

Our room had an odor in the bathroom. The vent fan was on and the window open. It seemed to dissipate somewhat, and we were tired and just wanted to get some rest. Later on my wife went to use the sink and discovered some really gross stuff in the drain. The ice bucket was missing, but the lid was there. In the morning we discovered some mouse droppings by the door. We decided the previous guest must have had a dog because there was matted hair around. Either the dog or guest must have gotten sick and used the missing ice bucket as a barf bucket. Probably resulted in the foul order gross stuff in the drain. Bottom line we will NEVER stay at this place again.

The inside of the hotel was great. The room was great. The shower was great. I had dogs with me. The outdoors where they had the dog area there were stickers in the grass. Since it is spring, the grass was not green yet, but there was a lot of dog poop people did not pick up also. But that’s the only comment I have

Not certain our room was cleaned and sanitized prior to our arrival. Sheets were clean, but toilet had rings in it, the shampoo dispenser was broken from the shower wall and laying on the floor, there was no soap in the shower, no coffee stocked, the cream and sugar packet that was provided was already open. We arrived very late and were exhausted, so just dealt with it. Bed was comfortable though, so we were thankful for that.

I lived in he hotel 03/14-03/15. I left my stuff in the hotel and called them a few hours the first time after I left. The front desk told me he will handle it and call me again the next day. But no further call back. So I call back again the second day, said she will handle it. But no further response again. Then I call them again today, told me directly they cannot find it and not responsible for holding lost items for customers. The question is, I call the hotel even a few hours after I left and call them 3 times in total. Three different people picked up my phone and I had to explain explain everything again and again. This means they don't even take note about this but just leave it behind. I don't recommend this hotel as it sucks in service. I feel shame for them.
