Central Location
Great little area. Served our purposes for the week. Was a little surprised pulling up as the entrance seems to be an alleyway behind a restaurant. But once you are past that the property is great. Would use again if we are in the area.

Never Again!
Very negative experience! First off, the rate is not as stated per night as indicated but loaded with hidden fees that took the cost to 130% higher rate. My initial inquiry was never answered when booking and then 4 days prior to my arrival, i got sarcastic and unhelpful responses to my questions posed at that time. I should have canceled right then as I usually will not do any business with these types of people. Mistake, as after leaving this woman is attempting to charge me extra immediately assuming the worst case scenario that our dog peed on the floor (not the case) and that we used only paper towel to clean up what the dog had spit up, also not accurate. Claiming it stained and smelled, additionally false. Avoid, unless you want to deal with nastiness, sarcasm and extra fees! This woman will give vrbo a bad name. I would never stay here again!

Very nice place.
Dara’s house is great. So very well stocked for any need. Fenced yard if you have dogs. And there is an amazing trail less than a mile away that borders the beautiful stream and the botanical gardens. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend this great house to anyone.

We have stayed here before and the host is awesome! House is clean and located in the middle of everything. We enjoy the fenced back yard for the puppies. We also enjoy grilling out in the back yard. The view of the mountains from the kitchen window is incredible as well. Thank you

The house was comfortable at the end of a dead end road and very quite.
We both enjoyed the house but found it very odd the host felt the need to come by several times during our stay. If yard work or service work needs to be fine it should not infringe on your guest stay! We had asked fir a later check out and were told since she did not have anyone checking in tgat would be fine. Then she said we would be charged fir half s day, I paid for a damage deposit. But when we got there the check in list had many other fees ! Like if you didn’t put the dishes back in there proper place. A broken dish! Don’t buy the insurance ! Your going to be charged extra if you break something!

Comfy Home Near City and Mountains
We stayed at Dara's home for two nights after attending our nephew's college graduation. The home was clean, tastefully decorated, and perfect for our needs. Dara was lovely and made everything about the check-in and stay hassle-free. The home is near a great walking path with access to Ogden Botanical Gardens, and is a short drive both from Ogden Canyon Waterfall and Pineview Dam, as well as the 25th Street Historic District (which includes the outstanding Table 25 Restaurant!) Would definitely stay here again.
