「Friendly staff」

「The property has a lot offer in summer. We went during winter. Rooms are falling apart, dirty and more. Staff wasn't friendly. There no breakfast included as advertised. During summer yes. An updated web site would have been nice. I would have stayed at another one. Price for my stay was rediculous seeing as it was regular rate for summer. Never again. We found nicer places for less after so next time will stay somewhere else that will have breakfast included no matter the season」

「The hotel was clean, but not very quiet. Noise from the hallway and next door rooms was quite audible. Not that people were loud, the walls must be rather thin. 」

「Very clean. 4 out of our 5 rooms were renovated I’m sure they’re still working on that. Staff very courteous and accommodating. 」

「Serious need of updating. Hasn't changed in 40 yrs! Water stains on ceiling. Rust on lamps. Old phones and furnishings. Coffee in room but no coffee pot. Smells old.」

「The so location is beautiful. The door every keypads being programmed to the last 4 of your phone number is very convenient. I liked the heated tile floor in my bathroom and the bed was comfy. Breakfast is very basic, the shades and curtains in my room let in a lot of light and bring near the entryway meant I heard everything. Not what I expect for $200+ for a night.」

「Upon arriving at the property the entire area was covered in snow and very unsafe to walk . I started itching while I was sleeping and woke up to my bed filled with bed bugs. Staff was called and I was relocated to another room and told the manager would contact me which never happened. I reached out to the property and finally got in touch with the manager only for him to say his apologies after I told him I’m currently home and still itching . He then said I should go see a doctor for the...

「I locked myself out on accident and waited an hour it was getting late and I just booked a hotel elsewhere. 」

「We couldn’t stay as it was -8 and the heater wasn’t working. They offered a small space heater but that was not going to be enough for that cold of weather. It forecasted to get to -15 that night. They are also refusing to issue a refund.」
