"We booked our stay for a double bed room and when we got there to check in they told us they gave our room away and put us in a room with only 1 queen bed and had our daughter sleeping on the floor, wouldn’t give us extra pillows and brought her 2 thin ass blankets to not even cushion the floor. ..."
