Perched atop Ogunquit’s main intersection, sitting on our own balcony in “ Surf 1,” we had the perfect spot to enjoy coffee in the morning, pre-dinner cocktails, chill before going to bed wrapping up another gorgeous day on the beach. Place is beautifully decorated, roomy for the three of us, fully modernized, and just a 10-min stroll to Ogunquit Beach. Enjoy!!

Loved this suite. It had everything you need including complementary coffe and sugar in the kitchenette. Clean and nicely decorated. I recommend a longer stay to justify the pet fee, cleaning fee and service fee, pricey additions for a two night stay. Great location although visiting during the week before Memorial Day turned out to be noisy with the street being paved along with maintenance in the hotel. Would have loved to properly enjoy the spacious balcony.

Loved having a kitchen with all the amenities. We were right in town and just a walk away from shops and restaurants. Perkins Cove just a few minutes drive away. Very nice. Will be back.

The full cost of the insurance is only disclosed at checkout time; why is there a charge for insurance in addition to the security charge? also, in lieu of the insurance the rather exorbitant monetary option states that the monetary option is refundable at the discretion of the property owner. We find this approach rather aggressive. From a late response perspective, we requested a late check out from the property manager via text and phone message well before the 12 hours in advance but unfortunately she only called back after checkout time. Very inconvenient and unprofessional.

We loved this location and the unit was nice! It is a little tight with 2 teenagers and two adults, but doable. The only other thing to keep in mind is that it has a very small refrigerator. We like to cook in and it was tough to shop for such a small refrigerator. If you like to eat out, you’re all set! It was a great place to stay!!

We arrived to the property and got checked-in with no issue. The unit is actually bigger in real life than it looked in pics so we were pleasantly surprised. The balcony overlooking Shore Road was awesome too. The unit was steps from the best restaurants, bars, and beaches! Overall we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. We will definitely be back!

This was a clean, updated and conveniently located property within walking distance to the beach. The only issue we had was the noise from the bar down the block at nighttime. We have young children and the noise was a challenge. However, there was a warning about this in the posting and they had a white noise machine.

We loved this well equipped open studio apartment. There is a front porch overlooking Shore Road. The parking is very tight. If you had a large SUV or truck it might be a problem. Other than that it was perfect. A short walk to the beach so we carried our beach chairs, maybe 5 minutes.

Even though some people complained about the noise from the piano bar across the street it didn’t bother me. The owner supplied a white noise machine which was great. Parking was challenging and if you have a big car good luck. It was great having a deck we had breakfast there every morning. The studio’s location is great you can walk to everything.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The unit was very well kept and clean. They allowed dogs on this unit which was why we chose it. The mattress was too soft for my personal preference and there were a lot of stairs since the unit was on the second floor. Bathroom was nice and updated as was the kitchen area. The only real negative was that on Saturday night there was a bar/restaurant that was nearby that was incredibly noisy, blaring loud music until one in the morning. The restaurant is Maine Street for readers that want to avoid a rude establishment.

The apartment was clean, no dishwasher, washer and dryer which would be highly convenient . Can easily hear noise from next door units. Overpriced even for a weekend in October.
