Perfect spot for beach river and Sunsets.

Place was as advertised, very clean and conveint Met the owners very friendly so were the other owners. Highly recommend it for a couples escape.

We had a super week here and have no hesitation in recommending it. It’s just as described - cute and cozy and perfect for 2 people. We loved the location and all of the thoughtful touches.

Ahhhh. Just what we needed in a vacation.

Sooo excited to have found this gem. Children staying on Moody and it was so easy for us to either walk or drive to them. The view from the deck was simply amazing. Clean, decorated perfectly, comfy bed, just perfect for us. Looking to book again next summer.

Great location!

We had such a wonderful time staying here! Was so great being a short walk to the beach and lovely sitting out on the balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee, watching the birds on the marsh. Even though it's near the arcade, you couldn't hear any of the noise, and it was really quiet on the second floor while we visited. Loved that we were able to check-in early and have almost a full first day in Wells. We will definitely stay here again!

The condo was spotless & decorated beautifully! The view was beautiful & just a 2 minute walk to the beach! The owners happened to be onsite & were very kind & proactive. We hadn’t realized that the blender was broken until Gloria brought over a new one! I broke the coffee pot by accident & hosts were very kind & understanding! Would absolutely stay again and would highly recommend!

Walking in the first thing you notice is how clean the condo is, which is very important for really anyone. The location is a very short walk to shops, restaurants and the BEACH

Unit very much as advertised and reviewed. Compact, but had everything we needed for a one week stay. Owners have done an amazing job with a small space. We were lucky enough to meet owners on our last night - as warm and inviting as the unit.

Week at the beach

Owner was quick to respond to questions, condo unit was clean , everything looked new or well cared for. Location was quiet and had a beautiful view. Room had so many essential provisions which were appreciated. Room was decorated with a beautiful beach theme that added to the beach experience.

Just what the doctor ordered

Had a great time in Wells and this condo albeit small in scale was extremely clean and efficient. Just a 3.5 minute walk to the beach (I timed it) Dave & his wife went out of their way to make sure everything was good with the condo. I would say this place fit my needs perfectly. Thank you!

What a great little place!

This was our second stay with Dave and Gloria, and their place was just perfect for us! It's small, but well equipped with a full kitchen, table and chairs, couch and queen sized bed, and it was clean as a whistle! We totally enjoyed having dinner on the deck overlooking the Webhannet River, and beautiful Wells Beach is just a short walk away. We had everything we needed to make for a lovely stay!
