Cosy Couple Getaway with Mountain View

Unwind after a day up on the maunga or from adventuring around Ohakune, in this cosy little chalet located in Turoa Village. It heats up really quickly and has wide open east facing fields, which provide endless views of Mt Ruapehu from dusk until dawn. Sliding doors off the east facing deck, allow the living area to open up to enoy this tranquil setting. It's a true getaway from the hustle and bustle with no WiFi and an abundance of video movies to take you back in time. A basic 80s kitchen with everything you need.

Walking distance to the popular Carrot Park, bike pump track and tennis courts. A good 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive into the Ohakune township for bars/restaurants, supermarket, the famous Chocolate Eclair shop and Information Centre.

Please bring your towels and take your rubbish with you when you leave. Basically leave it as you found it.

NB. Cleaning/laundry/linen expenses included in price. Minimum 4 nights stay.
