“Nice place, nice hotel and nice people!”

“L'hôtel est très agréable et c'était notre 2eme séjour. Le personnel est à l’écoute et le barman fait d’excellents cocktails création. Seul bémol au moment du départ, le responsable de l’accueil n’a pas pris le temps de nous écouter pour le late check out, dont on avait droit avec expédia. Et nous a renvoyé vers expédia de manière assez expéditive, alors qu’à mon avis, c’était à l'hôtel de régler le problème avec son partenaire de réservation. Cela a rendu la fin du séjour un peu désagréable.”

“Absolutely beautiful place to stay . We met with our daughter and partner . It was such a special reunion and the perfect place to do so. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant served us one of the most delicious meals we have ever had. We couldn’t be more happier with our visit here and hope to return here from Australia and do it all over again.”

“Compared with hotels in the USA, I would describe this property more as a very basic, run-down motel than a hotel. The building is old, located in a very isolated area, and unfortunately appears to be in significant need of maintenance and renovation. The room was not very clean, and the overall condition of the property gave the impression that it is slowly falling into decay. The walls are extremely thin, so you can hear almost everything happening outside your room, including people walking……

“Box tissue was empty when we checked into the room. It was replenished after I wrote a note (in French thanks to Google translate) to housekeeping. In the same note, I informed staff that there were different bugs (4 beetles & another bug I can't identify) that were resident in our room up on the ceiling. Nothing was done about it. We had to keep the desk lamp on pointed to a corner to attract the bugs away from our bed. In the same note, I also informed housekeeping about the remote not……
