HOUSE RULES Guest should respect and keep the property clean and tidy. Be respectful to the neighbours. Be respectful of everything of the furniture, fittings utensils, etc. Guest should make sure that A/C units, fans, water and gas appliances are turned off when leaving the property. Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. No Parties allowed. Guest are required to pay a security deposit which will be refunded at the end of the term. Guests are responsible for any missing, damaged or broken items and this will be taken out of the deposit at the end of the term.
