There is a functional kitchen with refrigerator, stove, Keurig coffeemaker, cookware and serving accessories. The property has a private yard and pets are permitted on a case by case basis with additional fee and damage deposit. A ping-pong table is available in the yard for your enjoyment. The City of Ojai requires a 30 day minimum stay.
