"Unfortunately, the owner abandons his residents when problems arise. I would not recommend this apartment. The owner gave the wrong number to the lockbox, and after a long flight, I spent over two hours outside trying to find a solution, asking neighbors for help, but to no avail. I couldn't reach the owner because I was using an overseas cell phone, and the phone calls I made added up to a huge amount of money that they wouldn't refund."

"This was the best accommodation for our trip. Walking distance to the train station, supermarket very close by and dozens of options for dining, and very affordable. We loved the quiet atmosphere and the friendliness and accommodating nature of the locals, a very pleasant stay. The accommodation was cosy for the six of us, but it was great as we spent most of our days exploring Tokyo and was basically only there to sleep. Highly recommend this district and this accommodation!"

"Property owner is very thoughtful to ask about the no. of mattresses to prepare pre-trip. Rooms were prepared accordingly. Location is good. There is JR & Metro within walking distance. Neighbourhood has a good selection of local restaurants, convenice stores. Check in was ok. Instructions given were clear & useful. Apartment is clean & comfortable in general. "My family and I visited Tokyo for the 2025 marathon. We were lucky to find this listing in a quiet, residential neighborhood but with amazingly convenient access to the rest of the city via the train. The home is quite large for Tokyo, and my family and I felt very comfortable. Our property manager made it very easy for us to check in, access any amenities and answer any questions we had. I highly recommend staying here and would do so again. "
