Nice basic and affordable place to stay

Wonderful hotel, Nickelodeon staff. Dinner was great at Tavo. Loved the location. take an uber from airport $15-$20 Taxi charges way to much Someone charged my husband $150 late night. Don’t take bus, leaves you 30 min away from hotel it’s a trap. Take uber

We really enjoyed our stay here! The Expedia check-in process was very quick and organized. We enjoyed the wonderful pools and all of the daily activities and the poolside special lunch themes. We ate in all 3 of the restaurants and we liked Zai and Don Gus. We did not enjoy Marco Polo as much, the menu was limited and the portions were small. A big shout out to the great pool-side bartenders (Nelson+Alfredo)! The nightly planned entertainment was very good also. We had a small issue with our A/C being too cold but they came up and fixed it. After 9pm there is nowhere to go to get a light snack everything is closed. They should serve some small snacks in the lobby bar since it is open until midnight and people are drinking and socializing. Overall we had a great stay here and I would recommend this resort.
