"Legendary historic hotel - Luxurious and optimally located "

"The location, pool/spa, access to beach and tiki hut were top notch. The room itself was run down a bit, stain on the chair, bathroom toilet was running and wouldn’t stop unless we fixed it, fridge was leaking, etc. The rooms could use the same upgrade that the outdoor got a few years ago. "

"Great location, friendly staff, and clean rooms. The breakfast offerings were fresh and consistently restocked. Live music at the hotel bar was great!"

"Parking was great. Complex great and check in wonderful. Close to fez h and restaurants. Unfortunately the person next to us played jazz music so loud all afternoon and evening and spoke on his phone so loudly for about two hours and you could clearly hear his conversation. We put our tv on louder to drown him out. Although pool had a sign up no smoking three people were smoking at the pool area. "

"Charged me for $30 dollars for valet parking when I didn’t even have a car during my stay. I called multiple times and was told the refund was processed. 2 weeks went by and it still wasnt processed so I called again and finally after that the date of the refund was today. The staff lied about the refund for a bogus charge that never even should have occurred. Not sure if they are crooks or incompetent."

"The River Street Inn was an enjoyable stay. Front desk and all other staff encountered were all very friendly and accommodating. We liked the location and area a lot. "

"We absolutely enjoyed it, and will be back. The rooms were cleaned everyday of our 5 day stay, the outdoor pool and lounge area was emasculate and pristine. The only issue we ran into was valet. The first night we chose to valet our car and the next morning, we were heading to get massages and the valet came back and said our car wouldn’t start. We instantly knew that whoever parked it didn’t turn it off properly or left a light on. They didn’t offer an apology, they relunctantly did arrange to jump our battery after we pushed them to do so. After the car started, we had no more problems the rest of our stay. We switched from valet to self parking and saved about $100. "
