"Great hotel. Staff are all very helpful and speak fluent English- no problem at communication at all. The room is very spacious (in Japanese standard) and good location. The hotel provide hotel delivery service (at reasonable cost) and was managed very good. It’s my second time staying with the hotel and I would definitely stay with MIMARU again if I’m visiting."
