「Pros:Convenient location to the nearest station. The room/kitchen was very clean. Quiet neighborhood with nearby supermarkets & local restaurants. Con’s: Forgot there’s no elevators. We had 4 heavy suitcases to haul up and down to the 4th floor however, it was a nice corner location . Great for long stays. 」

「Place was convenient to travel to hotspots and outer Tokyo. I’d recommend this place for short term stays as it’s quite small and not too much room for multiple luggage’s. it be great if the room owners added extra pillows and towels as the pillows are extremely flat and uncomfortable and the towels are very thin. I’d also suggest removing the big round table in the bedroom to make extra space and replace with something more convenient for guests. Other than that room was great. 」

「The host Keita is very nice and kind! He provided any help we need regarding our stay. We kept communicating with him via Whatsapp and Vrbo, and he answers whenever we have inquiries.The 2 connected rooms we lived in can accommodate a total of 3 people. There are 2 aircon with cooling and heating so the room are warm despite the almost freezing temperature outside. There is also a hanger where we can hang our jackets and towels. The room is quite spacious compared to other hotels in Tokyo....

「First, this is an amazing place to stay at if you have a large group. We had a group of 8 and the place was perfect. The value was amazing for size and the location. The place is 2 stops off the Seibu line out of Ikebukuro. It is on the same line that goes to Harry Potter Land. It is the same stop and a 10 minute walk from the Manga Museum which is a recreation.of the building that Tesuka,Ishinonlrori, and other very famous Manga Artists lived in and has a rotating exhibit that features famous...

"早餐還不錯、隔音佳、房間大小也還ok行李可以打開，大樓裡就有幾間餐廳了，而且在地鐵站斜對面而已(就是埼玉新都心站，但離東京市區要坐30分鐘以上，遠一些但值得）服務人員也很客氣，CP值高!"
