I had 2 stays in this hotel. The front desk service at first time was excellent. However, the second time that two ladies were not too proactive. Hotel location is excellent. The reception area is on 10/F with open area for free drinks. The room is clean. The basement restaurant attached with the hotel was exceed expectations.

Nice place to stay as the Hotel Location is very good. It’s on a hep street which is open till late bus stops are nearby It’s just very far from any beach It would take 2 hours to reach a good beach feom this side of naha so it’s better to stay anywhere else if you want a place closer to the beach. Rest the stay was good !8,3 place at a nice price. 7/11 is on the 1st floor of yhis byilding so obviously helful.

Great location and very easy self-checkin and checkout process. Free welcome beverages and cakes are offered in the lobby on the 10th floor. Daily housekeeping service is at your discretion and even if you request no service, they'll leave a care package with fresh towels and toiletries outside your door! The beds are serviceable. I've slept on worse but they definitely aren't anything to write home about. We were on in a street-facing room so with the konbini directly below it was a bit noisy later at night, especially on weekends but no big deal for us.

初めて泊まりました。2連泊しました。鍵を持たずに部屋を閉めてしまいましたが、スタッフがすぐに届けて下さいました。フロントに何度か連絡させて頂きましたが、日本人は居ませんでしたが、日本語をしっかり理解されていました。 国際通り沿いの1階はセブンイレブンがあり便利でした。 下の龍泉という食事処は宿泊者は20%割引で食べる事が出来ました。 フロントは無人で自身で会計をする形でしたが、簡単に出来ました。 また機会がありましたら利用したいです。

セルフチェックインでしたので、スタッフとの関わりがなくて、気軽にチェックイン、チェックアウトができました。 立地、価格を考慮しますと、良いの評価ですが、エレベーターで客室階に出た瞬間、フロア全体に残飯臭がするのが非常に残念です。 部屋の中にも臭いが少し入ってきます。 隣の客室のドアの開け閉めが、自室の部屋を開け閉めしたかのように、音が大きいです。

国際通りで遊ぶならロケーションは完璧。1階にコンビニがあるのもとても便利だった。 残念だった点は、滞在した部屋は2階だったのだが、廊下で銭湯のように湿気のある臭いがした。また客室の床のカーペットの一部がなぜか濡れていた。濡れた床の処理をしてくれたスタッフの対応はとても良かった。が、ホテルとして水漏れがないか等原因を調査した方がいいと思う。
