Hotel we booked and actually where we stayed were different (within 100m distance though). Room was very small and was not suitable for family stay. They mentioned it's for 4 person stay but good for 2 person only.

施設や周辺の良し悪しは人それぞれで好みは分かれる。近くにコンビニがあるのは便利。室内に洗濯機があるが、乾燥機や浴室乾燥機が無いのは残念、滞在期間中に服が乾かせない、周辺にコインランドリーがあるわけでも無い。飲み屋には不便しない。
