Great Stay!

The bedrooms were spacious and as described. The kitchen was on the small side. Overall we had a great time and the house met our needs nicely. No complaints.

Family Getaway

The family loved everything the property offered, it was right on the water, had a hottub and play area for kiddos. It was large enough for everyone to spread out. Everyone had a great time.

I booked this house several months before our trip in July specifically for the number of bedrooms, the hot tub and the pool, which was going to be a fun addition to our girl's weekend getaway. The host reassured us the pool would be available, only to change their story a few days before our trip due to the pump not working during the stay of the last guests. I mentioned that we would be extremely disappointed if the pool wasn't available and they said they would see what they could do. Once we arrive it was obvious that no one had done any work on the pool for weeks. There was trash, leaves, algae and frogs in the pool. Also, the filtration system hadn't seen chemicals all season due to the amount of smelly green stuff growing in it. Not only was the pool disgusting, there was a weird smelly fountain on the side of pool which is where the croaking frogs came to life at night. The hot tub was clean but kinda hard to enjoy due to the smell of the pool and the smelly fountain, which didn't work as well. The outdoor projector that is advertised as an amenity was no where to be found and the outdoor grill and refrigerator in the pictures are broken and dirty. It became obvious to us that this property is owned by someone out of state and the people that manage it only do the bare minimum to clean it and don't do any maintenance. The railing on the stairs is almost falling off the wall and one of the fans in the bedrooms doesn't work. Way over priced!! A huge disappointment!!
