Please take note of the following details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST, and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. A late check-out fee of $50 may apply if not arranged with the host in advance. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home, garage, or patio, with a $1,500 fine for violations. We do not rent to guests who live within a 60-mile radius, unless an exception is made. Pets are not allowed unless specified in the booking. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests; additional guests above 4 will incur a $30 per night fee. Please collect your belongings before departure, as we are not responsible for items left behind. Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please supervise children at all times and report any maintenance issues immediately. Trash should be placed in the dumpster on the north side of the home. Please do not unplug the internet, as it keeps the smart lock operational. Extra cleaning fees may apply if cleaning exceeds 3 hours. The guest is fully responsible for the use of the bunk bed and crib. We reserve the right to use exterior video surveillance. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. The person making the reservation must be present during the stay.
