Comedy of errors
The apartment we were originally sent to was already occupied, delaying us getting into a unit for over 21/2 hrs. The fitness center bathrooms were vandalized with human waste throughout, causing the gym to stink. As far as we know it was never cleaned up. We stopped going after 2 days. Thursday and Friday were without air conditioning. Maintenance came once but never fixed it. We were ignored for over 12 hours before the mgr responded a second time. I understand that things can go wrong, but this was just too much. I would expect that we would be compensated for this.
