Fabulous location

We were a family of 11 and had plenty of space. The weather was very hot so most of the holiday was spent in the pool or the sea which is only a few steps away. We found we needed a car as although the supermarket is within walking distance it is too far in the heat with heavy bags. There is a path at the front of the villa with a nice walk in either direction. We initially had a problem finding the villa and would suggest to look out for Trogir Diving Centre which is on the same road.

Group of 12 - a very special villa!

Wow wow wow. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Ivan and this villa. We stayed as a group of 12 for a hen do with women of all ages. The pool and steps down to the sea were breathtaking. Ivan organised a boat trip for us where we visited Hvar and Pakleni islands and organised a private chef for the evening where we were served fresh whole sea bass. All of our dietaries were accommodated for. It is a perfect villa for groups as the bedrooms are split over three levels with their own kitchens and living spaces. Air con worked beautifully. Ivan was always on hand over txt if we needed anything. All of our transport to and from the airport was arranged. The whole trip from start to finish was 5* service and I 100% will be coming back to visit. I would also recommend visiting Kaštel Sikuli vineyard which was a real hidden gem. The only tiny issue which was out of the owners hands was a neighbour who complained about noise on a Saturday night at 7pm and made us feel a little uncomfortable. After txting Ivan he reassured us completely that we could have fun by the pool until the 11pm noise curfew, and after that there were no problems. Book this villa! You won't regret it.

An excellent villa and a memorable stay

The property’s location is the highlight: right on the beach with direct access to a beautiful cove in Trogir. Stunning views, clean rooms and a great host in Ivan made a very memorable holiday. Would want to come back to Croatia only for this villa.

Perfect

This 3 story house was perfect for our family of 10. There are three separate apartments, each with its own fully quipped kitchen, bedrooms, common area, bathrooms, air conditioning and washing machine. The mature landscaping gives it privacy from the neighboring houses. The decks, infinity pool area and easy access to the sea gives lots of space for family to be together or separate. The kids lived in the pool which was cool and well maintained. Ivan, the host, checked chemicals each day. We were able to host a dinner for 17, provided by Adam, a chef friend of the owner The host, whose home this was previously, is incredibly responsive and clearly cares about the property. You'll need to bring your own beach towels or you can buy them from vendors just up the street. You are about 25 minutes, max, from the Split airport. You can walk up the hill to the Tommy market for all your grocery needs. There are a few restaurants along the beach but they are mediocre. Better to head in to charming Trogir for better restaurant selection. Only issues we had: 1. streets that access the house are extremely narrow, crowded with walkers and the Trogir Diving Center vans. You must be a very confidant driver of stick shift cars to get to the house and park your car. We had 2 subcompact cars for our group and they just barely fit in the parking area. I would actually recommend using Uber, probably cheaper overall and easier on the nerves. 2. Beds are a little hard.

We had 15 in total and it was absolutely perfect! Plenty of bathrooms and kitchens, deck chairs and eating together space. The outdoor bbq was great and pool was fabulous! We were met at the property on time and check out as well.

This is a great property. We had a memorable long weekend. Housed 10 easily. Hosts could not be more accommodating. Including driving us to pick up groceries. Wonderful infinity pool, outdoor grill, views of the water from many of the rooms. Multiple kitchen/kitchenettes and plenty of bathrooms. Easy access to Split and Trogir. Could not say enough nice things about our experience at this property.

Amazing family villa

The villa is right on the water with separate levels and plenty of rooms for 14. It is a bit tight for vans but smaller cars are okay. Plenty of space for cooking and dining. Walkable, but hilly, to store and restaurants. I took morning strolls along the sea for coffee. The children lived in the sea or pool. We had chefs come in, toured the islands and Split plus spent time in Togier. Well worth the time and money.

Heaven on Earth

This is an extraordinarily beautiful property right on the Adriatic Coast near Trogir. It was absolutely perfect for our family of 10 (four children, five adults and grandma). There was more than enough space for all of us to spread out inside, yet we spent most of our time outside enjoying the amazing decks, patios, infinity pool and dining areas. Twelve lounge chairs, two outdoor dining areas to accommodate up to sixteen people, and a perfect pool for playing and soaking--all with amazing views of the coastline. As for the sea, the gate from the back yard leads directly to a wide bathing ledge and a ladder for easy access in and out of the water. The owner of the property Ivan Sr., and Ivan Jr., were extraordinarily friendly, helpful and accommodating both before we arrived and while we were there. They even let us use their mooring buoy to dock the boat we rented from their friends at Charter-Trogir. I wished we stayed longer than the five nights. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an Adriatic dream vacation.

Amazing property in an amazing location

THe location is fabulous- short transfer time which was a bonus as we had friends coming and going throughout the fortnight. The villa is great for large groups- lots of room- lots of bathrooms and 3 kitchens!! Outside is perfect- beautiful pool, bbq area- lots of sun beds and various terraces- and the sea literally 5metres away!! Lovely restaurants and a big beach within walking distance. Ivan and his father were brilliant- so helpful and nothing was too much trouble- everything was perfect and we can’t wait to visit again!

Perfect secluded location but some bonuses missing

This property is beautiful and the hosts are very helpful. Our family was looking for a relaxing, peaceful, private experience on Ciovo and we got that. The construction next door appears to be finished since we didn't have any issues like another reviewer had. Why does it receive 4 star instead of 5? There were a few hiccups which we felt made things a bit more complicated. First, the description is a bit confusing in regards to the layout of the house. The top floor has a hallway leading to 4 spaces: one has two single beds, one has a double, one is a kitchen area with a couch fold out, and one is a small kitchenette studio with a queen. The middle floor has 2 doubles and the main kitchen and living room. The bottom floor has a kitchen and 2 rooms: one with a double (mattress isn't great), and one with a double and a single. This provided our family with enough room to spread out but it was a bit complicated to figure out the room situation before hand. Hopefully this description helps. Our host provided the exact number of towels for our family. It would have been ideal to have spare towels for use by the pool. Additionally, we had to go and buy extra toilet paper since we ran out quite quickly with 17 guests. There are several kitchens/kitchenettes and the cooking equipment wasn't well balanced. We had to search all the floors for a frying pan and eventually found them all in one kitchen. Additionally, the kitchens don't have basic pantry items such as cooking oil, salt, paper, or paper towels. The wifi coverage isn't great, but supposedly there is a repeater outside that wasn't turned out. I can't say if this would fix the issues we were having. Many would feel that these are minor things, and overall they were but for the price we were paying, we thought the extras would be accounted for. The pool and waterfront area are beautiful and we spent almost all of our time outside lounging and enjoying the sun. There were plenty of umbrellas for shade too. I highly recommend this property if you have a large group that is looking to relax in a semi-reclusive area. It's still within walking distance to Okrug Gornji (but a bit of a climb for grandma). Just remember to bring extra towels.

Great to larger group or two or three families

Nearby Trogir is a lovely, quaint town. The reason for the 3 Star vs. higher rating on location/neighborhood is due to the fact there was significant noisy construction going on at the house right next door to our home. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of this before our arrival. Our landlord was apologetic (explaining it was due to the prolonged rainy season) and tried to reduce drilling and hammering etc. noise to between the hours of 8 AM and 4 PM. Other than the first two days, this wasn't an issue, as we were out exploring during the day. Otherwise lovely accommodations. Especially enjoyed the pool and ability to swim in the Adriatic right in front of our home.

The villa was perfect for our needs and had loads of space, with comfy beds and a great outdoor area. With two balconies and views over the sea what more could you want. Also Ivan and his father were very helpful and friendly, we would definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

Fantastisk weekend

Fantastisk weekend med jobbet 21-24 september. Läget är perfekt, i den lilla byn finns matvaruaffärer och restauranger och närheten till flygplatsen i Split är en stor fördel. Vi hann med besök i gamla stan i Torgir, en dag på havet med speedboat och ett restaurangbesök en kväll i Split. Vid villan var det bara några meter ner till havet om man inte föredrog poolen. Hyresvärden var väldigt hjälpsam med att fixa taxi, barbeque, plockmat m m. Alla var överens om att vi kunde tänka oss att återvända, kanske med familjen nästa gång.

Fantastik utsikt, supertrevligt snyggt och personligt boende vid stranden!

Boendet ligger några steg från stranden. Villa med egen pool in Okrug Donji, ca. 4-5 km från Trogir. Supertrevligt engagerad ägare som ordnar allt ( från grillkvällar till båtturer eller andra utflykter). Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta boende, speciellt om man reser som ett stort sällakap.
