"This traditional Japanese Inn is thoroughly modern with excellent facilities, rooms, Michelin quality food, and helpful staff. We want to call out ‘Mikki’ who was super kind and helped us with any language barriers we had. The entire restaurant staff was amazing and we are grateful to meet the chef. The onsens were also wonderful. A room here with breakfast and dinner included is an excellent value."

"The nearest dining place is 30mins drive and there's nothing to eat in the hotel tho there's a restaurant in the hotel but it's not open. We have to clear our own trash. Staff do not speak english.bed is hard and pillow to thin and soft."

"夜だけ粒々コーンスープが頂けて嬉しかったです。 紀見峠駅からの近さは有り難かったです。 ①浴室内温度が低く身体が温まらなく残念でした。 ②浴室内の掃除が酷かった。 シルバー部分はせっけん垢、サッシ部分には誰かの指から外したバンドエイドが放置、窓も残念でした。 ③せっかく頂戴しました焼き芋は硬くて食べられませんでした。 "
