"The automated check in is not so good but the staff was very helpful. I wonder why they don’t do just manual check in. I understand when a group of people come, it might be better. So let it be. Clean and great amenities. The shower curtain smells a bit but it can’t be helped in like humid Japan."

"We stayed there for a week. The room was clean and breakfast buffet was pretty good. There were (3) sets of washes and dryers downstairs. We parked a car there as well. The staff was very nice and helpful. I definitely stay again. The location was convenient - very close to a train station, convenient stores and restaurants close by."

"Very friendly staff at the counter, but they weren’t allowed to watch our bags after checking out early. Very inconvenient very late check-in time of 8pm. Watch out and be aware. However, the room was the smallest we experienced, but the price was not. Very modern very clean toilet and shower. Free water in the fridge for you."
