“This property seemed to have quite good reviews. I was disappointed overall.
Pros:
-Rooms were clean and comfortable
-Location was convenient
-Staff was friendly
Cons:
-the hotel seemed pretty run down
-the restaurant was substandard
-you could hear everything through the walls
-there was no hot water, even after 3 complaints
-the staff moved all my stuff to another room without my prior knowledge or permission because they wanted to give my room to someone else”

“I loved the hotel and some of the best and most attentive service anywhere I've ever stayed. The signposting to the camp needs drastic improvement (my taxi got lost which I understood) and the road to get there is dreadful. The accommodation is fabulous and I slept so well. The hotel has an Indian owner and most of the guests were Indian, either from India or local. The way they spoke to and disrespectfully treated the staff was shocking and entirely unacceptable. There needs to be a sign……
