“We stayed with this host before when we came up to kc about a year ago for a trip to childrens mercy. we had another one today so we decided to book with them again and stayed in their other apartment to check it out since they were attached. Apartment was just as beautifu and as comfortable as the 1st one. Only thing we can complain about is the faint smell of pot from possibly the people who might of stayed there before us. Still give it 5 stars!! Becuase it was homie and very afordable”

“Check in was easy, we had no problems getting in with information provided. Place was clean and well stocked. Great location, was a little apprehensive about neighborhood but it was quiet, easy to get around and had no problems. Enjoyed our stay and would book again.”

“Apartment was exactly as described and pictured, and I love that Angie says to “snoop around” for items for use because I always feel so awkward “snooping around” for kitchen items, linens, etc. in any rental! We have now stayed at this property and another of Angie’s that is in this building and it is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, convenience stores, etc. Urban Prairie coffee shop 700 feet away is a must for breakfast and a latte, and Sandhills Brewing next door to that has……

The host of Travelstaycation notified me of a mistake with the address and that the apartment was at a different location than what was on my confirmation. I asked for an updated confirmation multiple times and she kept saying that I would get the corrected address information the day before check-in with instructions. “This was a great wknd get-away spot for some rest and downtime. I wanted something that felt like I was outside of Kansas City but didn’t want to drive too far. This was perfect. Great part of town: coffee, fun shops, drinks, food, trail to walk/run. Room was very clean and comfortable; updated accommodations. Small fridge and microwave were helpful to have. The host was very responsive! The only down side to my stay was the whistle of train that runs through the town. ”
