Private Entry, Kng Sz Bed, Kitchenette, Pets Welcm, Cozy, completely separate!

Entire Basement area, Kitchenette, 1 King Sz bed 1 twin roll away (request) separate fenced pet area, washer/dryer, small fresh garden vegs all year you are welcome to enjoy for meals during your stay with us. Google fiber, Wi-Fi, bar-b-que grill, patio area, Dog Park next door Smart TV, Disney+, Hulu, Netflix, Cable and HBO, Driveway parking for one car. We do live upstairs so you could hear some noise. We are mindful of that, and kids are in rooms by 9:00. We also provide alarm clocks that have noise/nature sounds and ear plugs. We do have dogs that you might hear bark to go outside, we put them out quickly because we don’t like to hear them bark. Solar/battery power that provide some backup to the AC/Furnace and refrigerator if the electricity goes out.

***This space does have a small kitchenette with a small sink!! We do not have a stove or oven but do offer hot plates and other small appliances to cook with. ***

***We steam all fabric items, chairs, benches, carpets, headboard, area rugs etc after every stay to help with allergies and COVID ****

***The shower is not real spacious if you are wanting a luxurious shower it is definitely not a spa like space! ****

This space is completely separate from ours upstairs!

****Kitchenette does have a refrigerator, microwave, George Foreman grill, hot plates, pots pans, silverware, Ninja goodies!!! bar b que grill, blender, kettle, toaster oven, dishes, crockpot, ice tea pitcher etc in the kitchenette to help make this space as accommodating as possible.****

We finally got the walkway from the driveway to the gate put down!!!
We tried to think of everything to make your stay comfortable!!!! All kinds of Amenities that will make your stay comfortable and if we did over look something you are close to stores, gas stations restaurants, highways, Dog Parks! MNU College, Soccer Parks and Olathe lake! Golfing, walking trails etc!!!!
