「The hotel staff was courteous and resourceful. The property was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately for the daily cost we paid ($409.00 nightly), the rooms are way too small. Additionally, this is the first 4+ star hotel we’ve stayed at where there was no iron provided. Finally the AC in the room was EXTREMELY loud and difficult to regulate.
I also want to point out that when we arrived, they couldn’t locate our reservation. They stated that Expedia had not pushed our reservation through...
