Located in Olbia, this 40 m² apartment can accommodate up to 3 people and features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. You will have a private kitchen, air conditioning, TV, washing machine, and a balcony ideal for relaxing outdoors. For families with small children, a cot is available, while bicycles allow you to explore the surroundings.



The property offers a shared outdoor pool and a children's pool. The location near the beach ensures easy access to coastal activities and relaxation by the sea.



Shared parking is available for your convenience. Pets are allowed during your stay. Events are not permitted on the property. Shuttle services to and from the airport and train station are also available to facilitate your transfers, for an extra fee.
