We stayed for several days. You definitely need a car to visit the island and Luca was very helpful with suggestions of what to do.Hiking,dining etc. The only negative was the air conditioning in the main living area didn’t cool properly. The view was beautiful and the pool was great! A great relaxing vacation.

Good Location
The house was clean and well equipped with necessary beach amenities like umbrellas, chairs and toys. The pool was well kept and the dogs were a lot of fun. Host was happy to make reservations on our behalf at various restaurants. We stayed for 8 nights and used the house as a base to explore the beaches and to make day trips. Lots to keep us busy during those days and close to interesting villages! Would be great if host stocked the property with other amenities like fish and laundry detergent. Overall, we would recommend!

Für ein verlängertes Wochenende durften wir diese einzigartige Villa bewohnen und sind restlos begeistert. Es passt einfach alles zu 100%! Von der geschmackvollen Einrichtung, über die perfekte Lage, die so lieben und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber bis hin zu den beiden süßen Hunden, Charlie und Dobby. Danke für alles. Wunderbar!!
Eine wunderbare Bleibe für einen entspannten Aufenthalt auf Sardinien! Das Haus bietet alles, was das Urlauberherz begehrt, sehr gut ausgestattet, prima gepflegt! Unser Highlight war der Pool mit einer grandiosen Aussicht und umgeben von einem herrlichen Garten. Wirklich ein Traum! Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Luca, der bei Bedarf stets zur Stelle war, umgehend auf Fragen geantwortet hat und ein sehr hilfsbereiter und zuvorkommender Vermieter ist. Mille Grazie!! Wir werden ganz sicher wiederkommen 😀

Wonderful time at La Casa di Alice
We had a great time at La Casa di Alice and the Costa Smeralda. The property is situated in a wonderful location and has everything one needs to have a great stay (a beautiful, large pool, air conditioning in all rooms, bbq etc. and two dogs that will visit you from time to time!). Highly recommended!

Sehr schönes Haus
Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen, es ist alles im Haus vorhanden, das Haus ist sehr liebevoll dekoriert und eingerichtet, der Pool war zwar noch etwas kalt, aber wir waren trotzdem schwimmen. Die Hunde sind beide sehr lieb und sehr gut erzogen. Haben uns sehr gut erholt.

Modernes, ausgezeichnet eingerichtetes Haus mit Pool
Wir haben La Casa di Alice für 5 Tage im Oktober gebucht und waren begeistert: das Haus ist sehr modern, sehr gepflegt, sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bestens ausgestattet - in der Küche gibt es alles, was das Herz begehrt, nichts fehlte uns. Es hat eine große möblierte Terrasse (Esstisch und Stühle, sowie ein Sofa und Sessel mit Couchtisch), die wir ausgiebig genutzt haben, hier konnten wir in der Sonne frühstücken und auch abends um 6 einen Aperitif in der untergehenden Sonne genießen. Auf dem Grundstück sind 2 Ferienhäuser und die Besitzer haben deren Haus ebenfalls hier, daher die 2 lieben Hunde, die hier leben. Der Pool ist somit mit den Gästen des 2. Hauses zu teilen. Der Poolbereich ist großzügig und sehr schön möbliert. Die Beleuchtung abends ist ein Traum! Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr nett ländlich gelegen, man hat einen schönen Ausblick ins Landesinnere. Man kriegt etwas vom Autoverkehr auf den nahe liegenden SP73 mit, uns hat es nicht gestört. Man ist sehr schnell an diversen Stränden (ca 20 Min.), der riesige Supermarkt Conad ist nur 5 Autominuten entfernt, in 15 Min. ist man in San Pantaleo, in 1 Stunde in Palau, wenn man auf die Maddalena fahren möchte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter (in Englisch) war einwandfrei, sehr schnell und zuverlässig. Luca hat uns außerdem wertvolle Wander- Strand- und Restaurant-Tipps gegeben. Wir waren von der sonnigen Lage des Hauses, von der Einrichtung, der Ausstattung, dem Pool sehr angetan und würden diese Haus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Übrigens, das Haus hat eine eigene Webseite (leider nur auf Italienisch, ist aber recht selbstredend), über die man Luca direkt kontaktieren kann. Nächstes mal buchen wir direkt😉

Komfortables Haus mit wunderschöner Aussicht
Wir wurden von Luca, Charly und Dobbi herzlich begrüßt und haben die Einführung für ein wunderschönes Haus mit Begeisterung aufgenommen. Drei geschmackvoll eingerichtete Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Offener Wohnraum mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Vorrats- und Waschraum. Besser geht’s nicht! Von der Terrasse, die von Rosmarin umsäumt ist ( habe ich mir jeden Morgen einen wohlschmeckenden Tee daraus gemacht ) hat man einen fantastischen Panoramablick. Dann kommt noch der Pool als Highlight dazu!!!! Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt und die Woche sehr genossen.

Wunderschön!
Es war ein toller Urlaub auf Sardinien in dieser sehr schönen und liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet (Essig, Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker, Tee, und weiter div. Gewürze), alles da. Sogar mit einem kleinen Vorratstraum, wo man die gekauften Lebensmittel, Getränke gut verstauen kann. Auf der Terrasse schaut man auf das tolle Panorama und die liebevolle und gepflegte Anlage mit dem traumhaftem Pool. Man genießt einfach die schöne Ruhe und Aussicht. Alle drei Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und haben Zugang zur Terrasse. Tolle Bäder mit Tageslicht und Fenster. Das ganze Haus sind mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet. Luca war vorab und auch während unseres Aufenthalts jederzeit verfügbar. Er gab uns tolle Tipps und informierte uns immer gerne. Dobby und Charlie sind gut erzogene Hunde, die immer mal wieder bei uns vorbei schauten. Unsere Kinder, wie auch wir hatten viel Spaß mit den Zwei. Die Lage ist optimal. In der Nähe, ca. 300m, gibt es einen gut ausgestatten Supermarkt, der auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Mehr Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Olbia, welches mit dem Auto ca. 10 Min. entfernt ist. An den Strand sind es mit dem Auto auch nur ca. 10 Min. Es war ein rundum toller Urlaub. Vielen Dank an Luca, Francessca wie auch Dobby und Charlie für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt.
