Quiet property in a great location - 10 minutes walk into town and very convenient for the buses and trains. The room was very spacious and comfortable for our 3 night stay.

Very helpful and kind staff. Very nice facility, brand new. Very large room (it could have been an apartment by itself), super comfortable bed and wide bathroom. My room had also a terrace.

Quartier pas joli mais surtout chambre très chaude car le propriétaire ne met pas la climatisation durant notre absence. N ayant qu une carte, nous ne pouvions pas mettre la climatisation quand nous sortions. Nous arrivions et la chambre était très chaude

Travesseiro muito ruim, ar condicionado demorava muito para gelar (demorou mais de uma hora), bastante pó embaixo da cama, não tem saboneteira no chuveiro, estacionamento difícil na região, não tem ninguém da equipe exceto no momento do check in.

Razoável

O quarto era muito novo e limpo, muito próximo do centro de Olbia. O prédio era bem silencioso. Porém fiquei 4 noites no local e não houve limpeza do quarto ou troca das toalhas. Tive que retirar o lixo dois dias por conta própria para não acumular. Somente 1 dia que arrumaram a cama e retiraram o lixo. Como a gente passava o dia na praia, voltávamos com areia nos pés que foi acumulando no quarto durante toda a estadia. O banheiro também ficou sujo, principalmente o tapete de chão mas nada foi feito. O quarto apesar de novo e com um sistema aparentemente bom, chegava na temperatura de mais de 27 graus de madrugada, acordava suando, parecia uma sauna, os travesseiros eram bem ruins, não havia suporte para shampoo e toalhas no banheiro. A acomodação não oferece nenhum serviço durante a estadia.

Ho soggiornato per una notte la vigilia di capodanno e per una cifra considerevole mi sarei aspettata un minimo di servizi in più. La stanza non era particolarmente pulita, il copriletto e le federe erano ingiallite, nel frigo bar non c’era nemmeno una bottiglietta d’acqua e i prodotti di cortesia erano davvero scarsi per due persone. Nessun cuscino e nessuna coperta in più nella stanza ma soprattutto il vero disagio è stato trovare la camera ghiacciata perché il riscaldamento si attivava solo quando si inseriva la chiave magnetica nello slot. La stanza all’arrivo aveva una temperatura di 13 gradi. L’ho fatto notare alla titolare che mi ha ripetuto come un disco rotto che il riscaldamento funzionava in quel modo e non ci si potesse far nulla. Ovviamente quando siamo uscite dalla stanza abbiamo dovuto togliere la chiave ed al rientro abbiamo trovato nuovamente le temperature bassissime. Questo ha reso il soggiorno molto poco confortevole e per 270 euro mi sembra davvero inaccettabile.
