"Cute house in a quiet neighborhood. Just a quick walk to the main street that has such adorable shops and get some coffee. Just a short distance from the scenic Niagara River/Gorge. Only downside for us was only 1 bathroom for 4 adults and it was not on the floor with the main bedrooms. Perfect for 2 or a small family with little ones."

"The house was exactly as advertised. Abigail was extremely quick to respond when we reached out. And the location was amazing. The ease of getting into and out of both Niagara Falls, NY and Niagara Falls, ON was an unexpected perk. Just a super quick trip down 104... zip zip and you are there. We saw absolutely no traffic on that road. No backup getting across the Niagara River on Rainbow Bridge... and we were through Customs in a snap. In a busier time of year, it might be a bit trickier. The kitchen is modern and has all the conveniences of home. We love to relax here after a long day of visiting friends and exploring the area for all it has to offer. To be fair, after a long day on the water, it was easier to purchase a tank and take it home with us, rather than try to address it through the app in time for dinner."

There were some draughts through windows on the west side. Once we had tracked down the sources (a window left open before our arrival one inch from the top; weather stripping falling down around another window), the house stayed warm through some very strong wind gusts from Thanksgiving through the following Sunday. "We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were accommodating, kind and attentive. The location was perfect for us and the lake was gorgeous. Plenty of room to spread out, yet large enough common spaces to be together. We made use of the fire pit and ping pong table and it was definitely helpful to have two refrigerators. The yard was nice to have and and the path down to the lake was a plus too. Would stay there again for sure!"
