「Staff was not nice neither kind or smiling 」

「To many noise. The room near the expressway made it impossible for me to sleep all night.」

「Nice place. Well put together and overall, friendly staff. Pleasant, cozy, clean room but could hear some outside sounds. Carpet a little stained, otherwise excellent. Included breakfast was basic. Afternoon tea (separate and open to the public) was not recomendable. Nothing like the real thing. Bar was well stocked. 」

「The housekeeping manager was very professional and empathetic. The rest of the staff from the Assistant General Manager on down needs hospitality training.」

「We stayed here while visiting an aunt. We liked the location and it was great having the living area and kitchenette. We were able to get up and make our own breakfast, which was nice. We also packed some lunches as well, and stored some food for dinner with my aunt. Having the kitchenette was key.」
