"Beautiful hotel, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Nice well maintained and very clean, the bed was super comfortable. We didn’t have the evening meal as we went out and about in Southampton but had breakfast which was very good. Stayed here for one night before our cruise, we will definitely book here again. "

"The hotel is located near the Southampton central railway station. The reception is open 24 hours. The staff are kind and helpful. All payments at the hotel are cashless. The free WiFi connection is fast. The room has street view. The bed is large and comfortable. The heat radiator in the room works very well."
