"The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I came in late and all the parking spaces were full, but the staff showed me an acceptable place to park by the back wall. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, room furniture seemed new, no funky odors. The room had a refrigerator, coffee maker and hair dryer. I took off one cleanliness star for a couple stray hairs in the bathroom but honestly I find the same in five star hotels. As long as I don’t find them in the bed I’m fine. The bed was comfy, not lumpy, sheets were clean and smelled fresh. The hotel itself was very quiet. The blackout drapes, quiet room and 11 AM checkout time let me sleep in after a late night. Globe doesn’t offer much in the way of fancy lodging but this is about as good as it gets. I’d out it on par with the Holiday Inn Express, which is my other favorite place in town. The Holiday Inn has electric car chargers and a hotel format, the Best Western has free breakfast, lower rates, and gated parking in the back. Will stay here again."

"This place was built in the late 1930's and nicely renovated. Each room has its own microwave and mini fridge. The manager, Ash, is the nicest guy in the world. I'd stay here again. The price does differ on Expedia app, than in person. In person, it's $15.00 cheaper."
