"We are skiers so are gone early in the morning and do not return until later in the evening. We eat outside except for breakfast in the morning. We bring our own sheets and towels. We removed the existing sheets on the beds and set aside for washing. All blankets are folded and left on beds for complete airing. We fold up rug so it doesn’t get dirty during our stay. All garbage and trash is removed. We vacuum and mop all floors. We are grateful and appreciative for the rental and treat respectfully. We enjoy the convenience of the location and the simplicity of its contents. We shovel the entrances. Thank you"

"House was absolutely gorgeous! They had a tree up and greenery for the holiday and it was beautiful. Beds were extremely comfortable and linens top notch. Kitchen was very well appointed with dishes and utensils! Furniture was really nice and the pool table and hot tub were great fun for all of us! Thank you Brad you really have an amazing place!! We will be back!!"

"The property is very nice, but we didn’t get to enjoy it. My younger daughter, her husband and son couldn’t make it because they had Covid. My wife and I arrived Thursday and were waiting for my older daughter, her husband and two children, when I decided to test myself for Covid. Of course it was positive so my wife and I checked into a hotel for the night to quarantine from my daughter’s family. Our visit to Old Forge to celebrate with 25 family members was officially ruined so we all drove home the next day. Our host Manzurul was very sympathetic and we are waiting on some kind of refund from him for the 3 nights we couldn’t stay"

"We had 3 couples and essentially each had our own floor. Very private sleeping quarters. Loved the house and a nice view of lake."

"We came to this beautiful property with friends and all our kids. There was plenty of space for them to chill and a loft for kids that they LOVED. On the adult side, everything was comfy with two queens and a king in the master. Dock accommodated our boat no problem and was great for fishing. The highlight is the top of the boathouse with an incredible view of the lake and plenty of space to unwind. Fire pit and provided wood made for some delicious smores and some relaxing round the flames. Perfect place for a medium-sized group. Good-sized kitchen with plenty of space for our group to prepare meals and eat. Lovely area at the foothills of the Adirondacks. If you’re heading into the town of Old Forge, bring cash. A lot of places are cash-only. And for boat owners, recommend the DEC launch at Eagle Bay on Fourth Lake. About a 30-minute boat ride to the property that’s quite a treat in and of itself. Enjoy, future visitors!"
