"Bed sucked as was a metal foundation with metal handle sticking up and catch a knee on it almost every time had a very thin mattress on it. Sleeping on the floor would have been more comfortable. Cleaners would come in rom every couple days and pickup the used towels and wash clothes but not replace them"

"Front desk was very friendly and helpful. When we got to our room the first thing I did was use our bathroom. Hair was all over the tile floor and when I went to wash my hands. The “clean” hand towel hanging up was WET and dirty! Like someone had washed their hands and dried them off prior to our arrival. I had to get Clorox wipes to clean off the surfaces in the bathroom/sink area and other hard surfaces in the room to feel comfortable with the room being clean enough to use. Room ac was loud and had a bad odor when running. Breakfast had great options and was well stocked. There is no elevator so that was a struggle traveling with elderly parents who had to have help with all their luggage and assistance up/down the stairs."

"Wires and cables visible from the front check in counter. We didn’t try the free breakfast but it was in a dark corner in the small lobby. The room had a lamp that didn’t have a nearby outlet, terrible window treatment, slippery bathtub to shower, and parking lot had rocks. The front desk at check-in was kind and welcoming."

"OK, but not great. Shower was difficult to get to work without a power tug on Faucet handle, tub would not drain, spray could not be aimed down for a short person. We ended up on 2nd floor, no elevator, which was not good for my mobility challenged spouse."
